What is Trash Caddies?
Trash Caddies is a trash valet company that offers trash-to-curb service for single-family homes. Basically, we go by your property the evening before trash day and ensure that your bins are to the curb, and then we return the next afternoon to put them back in their rightful place.
How does the Ongoing Service plan work?
When you sign up for the Ongoing Service package on our site, you never have to worry about trash day again. We’ll collect relevant information like your address and trash day during sign up, and your service will start on the next day requiring action. So if you sign up on your trash out day, we will start servicing your property by bringing the cans back in the next day. If you sign up before your next trash day, your service will start on your first trash out day.
What cans do you take out?
Our service includes the trash, recycling, and compost bins.
How will I know it’s done?
Our drivers will send you photo confirmation that your cans are out, and when they’re returned – so you never have to worry.
What if my recycling is bi-weekly?
If your recycling falls on the same day as your other bins, we will take the recycling out on the appropriate bi-weekly schedule at no additional charge.
What if my recycling falls on a different day than my trash and compost?
If your recycling pickup is on a different day than the rest of your trash, this will require a separate subscription. If you have bi-weekly recycling on a different day, we offer a bi-weekly plan to accommodate the recycling schedule.
How does the Single Service plan work?
This package is perfect for when you just need an extra helping hand periodically. Just sign up on the site and tell us in the notes what trash day you need serviced, and we will put you on the schedule for that specific week.
How much does it cost?
Our Single Service Plan (trash out & trash in) is $19.99. The Ongoing Service Plan is $9.99 a week, billed monthly. The Bi-Weekly Service Plan is $4.99 a week, billed monthly.
Will I be invoiced every month for the Ongoing or Bi-Weekly Service Plans?
No! Once you sign up, you’ll be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. You won’t have to do anything to keep the service active.
When does my service start after I sign up?
Your service will start on your next trash out day unless you request a specific start date. If you sign up on your trash day after the cutoff period (3:00 pm CT), your service will begin the following day with trash-in service.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime, free of charge, no questions asked! But give us a call. We would love to help fix the problem before you go.
What if I have multiple houses?
Our site makes it very easy to add multiple service plans. Just add the number of properties you need serviced by clicking the plus sign (+) before checkout. You can also add or subtract properties at any time by going to your subscription details on the “My Account” page.
What are the supported communities?
You can find all of our service locations at our home page under “Locations We Serve.”
What if my community is not listed on your supported community list?
Our goal is to assist everyone with their trash bins. In case you don’t see your neighborhood under “Locations We Serve,” please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will try our best to accommodate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. You will be billed and charged on a recurring monthly basis, unless you sign up for a Single Service.
Who will be servicing my house?
All of our drivers are vetted and background checked, so you can feel safe knowing they’ve got your back.
Is the service reliable?
Your home will be serviced rain or shine. We monitor every address in real time to ensure your trash bins get taken care of.
What if I have a gate or garage code?
If you have a property with a coded entryway, you can write the gate code under the note section when you sign up. If you have forgotten to include the gate code, email us at [email protected] and we will gladly include it in our internal system.
Do you offer your service to HOA’s?
We absolutely do! We are here to ensure every neighborhood’s trash bins are taken care of. For any inquiries, please feel free to contact us through [email protected], and one of our specialists will get back to you within 24 hours.
Do you do junk removal?

At this time, we are strictly a trash-to-curb service. We do not haul off large items and we do not remove excess trash from properties.

What if I have more trash than fits in the bins?
We only provide a bin-to-curb service. If the trash bins are overflowing and there are additional bags, these must be handled by owners of the property or a junk removal service.
